Service Description

Each class will build on the previous, encouraging proper body alignment, breath control, and meditative focus. The goal of this class is to help you build strength and flexibility through a consistent practice. A class waiver is required to attend. What you will need: yoga mat, your body, your breath What you might need: blankets, blocks, straps, or water Make sure to fill out the booking waiver, located under the 'Book Online' tab, prior to your first class. Please arrive to class approximately five minutes before so we can begin on time.
