Service Description

What you will need: yoga mat, your body, your breath What you might need: blankets, blocks, straps, or water Make sure to fill out the booking waiver, located under the 'Book Online' tab, prior to your first class. Please arrive to class approximately five minutes before so we can begin on time. (All set class times are in Eastern Standard Time Zone)
